I agree that the table format isn’t quite intuitive. Perhaps, I can plot these in a neat manner to see some correlation. However, the spikes in memory and time consumption at different number of lines does not make much sense to me. I will look into these and see how we can possibly improve runtime.
I currently do not have any updates on suggestions to optimize. It is a bit challenging to understand, but I am trying to see how to based on the plots I have for the profiling data. Sharing with you as well, to see if something clicks.
